So that we may properly prepare your condominium for your arrival, check in and check out times are:
CHECK IN AFTER 3PM TO 6PM • CHECK OUT BEFORE 10AM
Rental rates apply to advance reservations only and are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 50% of the total rental charge is required in order to confirm the reservation. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard. All reservations will be charged a $75 lease fee. A minimum $200 security deposit is required on all rentals or purchase of property damage protector insurance. All reservations are reserved on a 3-4 night minimum basis. (A weekly rental may be required for some condos in Prime Season.)
You must bring your own linens.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to your arrival and must be received in the form of a written letter or fax.
All cancelled reservations are subject to a minimum $100 cancellation charge. If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there is a forfeiture of the rental fee. No refunds for early departures. No exceptions. |
